Designed for work simulation, the adjustable weight sled promotes everyday push/pull activities. Conveniently adjust the resistance level by adding weights to strengthen the shoulders, backs, hips, thighs, and calves.
The adjustable sled features a hardwood, anti-friction base that adapts to a variety of surfaces and comfortable, foam coated hand grips.
It comes standard with four removable weight holders and an adjustable t-handle frame.
