The HemoCue® White Blood Cell (WBC) Microcuvettes are designed for use with the HemoCue WBC Analyzer, enabling rapid and accurate total white blood cell counts at the point of care. Each microcuvette serves as both a sample container and a reaction chamber, requiring only 10 µL of capillary or venous blood. The microcuvettes contain reagents that lyse red blood cells and stain white blood cells for analysis. Results are available in approximately three minutes, comparable in quality to those from central laboratories.
